The purchasing process generally consists of the following steps:
1) Seller Confirmation. After receiving a request from the buyer, the seller confirms the lot’s availability;
2) Buyer Payment. If the lot is available, the buyer proceeds with payment via the "Secure Transaction" system. Once paid, the funds are temporarily held by our partner bank on the buyer’s card;
3) Seller Shipment. After payment, the seller sends the lot to PRELOVED CLUB via their preferred shipping method for authenticity verification* and to ensure it matches the listed specifications; *Third-party authentication services may be engaged if needed.
4) Authentication and Buyer Shipment. Within 1–3 business days after the item arrives at PRELOVED CLUB, we conduct an expert evaluation. Upon successful verification, we ship the lot to the buyer;
5) Receipt and Buyer Verification. After the buyer receives and successfully verifies the lot’s, the partner bank releases payment to the seller under the secure transaction system.
