Within 1 day of receiving the package, the buyer may report receiving an item of substandard quality or a counterfeit. In such cases, please contact our support team, and the PRELOVED CLUB administration will investigate the matter.
A return is permitted if the lot does not match the description and/or violates the Club Rules. This includes, but is not limited to, inaccuracies in brand or manufacturer details, incorrect sizing, undisclosed damages, stains, or other defects.
The buyer’s refund is processed on the day the item is returned to the PRELOVED CLUB office.

- Upon delivery, inspect the packaging. If it appears dented, torn, or opened, you have the right to examine the contents before accepting the item.
- If the contents do not match the lot’s description or listing, you may either refuse to accept the package, or document the discrepancies in a damage report before accepting it. Failure to file a report at the time of delivery forfeits your right to submit a claim later.
